Barrett is currently licensed to practice in state courts across the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern District and Western District of Virginia. When he is not working, Barrett enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and son, doing handyman projects, and watching the Baltimore Orioles arguably do their best.
