EDWARD J. CUSH, III

Eddie Cush joined Kalbaugh, Pfund & Messersmith, P.C. as an Associate in 2023 after graduating from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C.

A Brooklyn, New York native, Eddie spent seven summers with the legal and compliance team of a multi-billion-dollar hedge fund in Manhattan while obtaining his J.D. and pursuing his undergraduate degree from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.

Eddie shifted his focus and attention towards civil litigation throughout law school, participating in a pro bono legal clinic and enjoying success as a trial advocate. Eddie’s practice at KPM LAW runs the gamut, and he takes pride in his ability to navigate diverse and complex legal issues, committed to his clients’ defense.

While away from the office, Eddie brings passion and vigor to his role as an avid fan of the New York Giants.
