JACK YOUNIS

An Associate in KPM LAW’s Richmond office, where he focuses his practice on workers’ compensation matters. He takes a people-first approach, drawing on his educational and professional background to provide clients with practical, thoughtful counsel.

Jack earned his undergraduate degree from Shepherd University in 2018, his master’s degree from Wake Forest University in 2019, and his J.D. from the University of Richmond in 2024. He was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2025.

Before joining KPM LAW, Jack served as a law clerk for the Henrico Circuit Court from 2024 to 2025. He was drawn to the firm by the diligence and personability of its leadership, as well as the opportunity to work on a wide variety of fast-paced matters. Through that experience, he has quickly grown his knowledge of workers’ compensation.

Jack values being approachable, responsive, and supportive in his work with clients. He aims to bring warmth, optimism, and understanding to every interaction.

Outside the office, Jack attends Redeemer Anglican Church, plays the violin, and enjoys thrifting, hiking, and history. Originally from West Virginia, he also participates in the workers’ compensation community through the Annual VWCC Educational Conference and the Workers’ Compensation Inn of Court.
