Admitted to the Supreme Court of Virginia (2006), United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (2010), and the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Virginia, Tom has extensive experience appearing before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission and in courts across the Commonwealth.
Tom earned his undergraduate degree from Radford University in 2001 and his Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law in 2005.
