Dylan’s client-focused philosophy centers on being communicative, approachable, and responsive, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and collaboration. He enjoys learning the intricacies of each client’s business and developing customized strategies aligned with their operational goals.

Outside the office, Dylan enjoys cooking and trying new restaurants, running—having completed his first half and full marathons in 2025—and following his favorite New York teams: the Giants, Knicks, and Mets. He is currently pursuing a Sports Industry Management degree at Georgetown University and has a strong interest in the evolving NIL landscape in collegiate athletics. He also enjoys spending time with his dog, Lenny.
