His article on De Facto Awards was published in the Fall, 2017 edition of the VADA’s Journal of Civil Litigation. Andrew specializes in an area of the law with which most attorneys are unfamiliar. You can rely on Andrew to find creative solutions to your workers’ compensation problems and aggressively to defend cases that cannot be resolved.

A cum laude graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law, Andrew clerked for the Brunswick County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office while he attended law school. As a student intern, he tried a number of criminal cases including a jury trial. Prior to law school, Andrew lived and worked in Washington, D.C. where he served on Capitol Hill as a congressional staffer.
