Andrew currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys through which he is actively involved in the association’s many bar activities, meetings and conferences to help advance the practices of young attorneys in Virginia.

Andrew’s passion for the law began after graduating from Colgate College in 2005 when he worked in Washington, D.C. on Capitol Hill as an Assistant to several Congressmen in the United States House of Representatives. He attended law school at the University of Richmond School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2012 with several distinctions and awards. During law school, Andrew served as a legal intern at the Brunswick County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office where he assisted the Commonwealth’s Attorney in the trial of numerous criminal cases. Also during his law school tenure, Andrew participated in a volunteer program through the Federal Circuit Bar Association providing free legal assistance to local area Veterans, and also volunteered as a tutor to elementary school students in the City of Richmond.

Andrew’s passion for helping others and giving back to the community is evident through his bar involvement and in his legal practice as he passionately defends his clients throughout the workers’ compensation process and educates them through legal training and educational seminars. His efforts were recognized in 2016 when he was named to the Virginia Super Lawyers list of Rising Stars.
